Remington's Birthday Part Two

Today is Remington's first birthday. I took him for his one year checkup. He weighs 22 lbs 12 oz and is 2 1/2 ft (31 inches) tall. His head circumference is 19 1/4 inches. He's 55th, 75th, 98th percentile in each of the categories. Yes, he has a big knoggen! He had to get Chicken Pox and Hepatitus A vaccinations. He also had to get iron levels checked because he was low at his 9 month appointment. His iron level was lower than it was in July so I had to take him to get more blood drawn. Poor little guy! He cried so hard....I almost cried too. Doctor will call me on Wednesday with results of the blood work. The good news is that he can now face forwards in his carseat! A whole new view of the world!
