Pregnant and flexible don't belong together or do they?
Tonight I went to my first Prenatal Yoga class. Yoga definitely isn't for sissies! We did pregnant-lady-friendly poses that really worked our muscles. It's amazing how flexible I am even though I feel like my belly is huge. At the end, we did this relaxation stretch that really worked well on my back. It was very comfortable. I think it will help me sleep when I can't get comfortable. The class is every Monday night at 6pm. I'm going to try to go every week but not push it if I'm exhausted. The instructor is about to have her fifth baby any day now. There were 5 other women in there all expecting late August through October.
